For most positions, Will tests shortlisted candidates on software packages relevant to the position. A candidate, or their referee, may claim they have a working knowledge of a program, but what if they start the position and you discover they are rusty? Testing is available on Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD programs, Project Management, and on other skills including customer service, sales and management.

In full service recruitmen campaigns, Will often tests the final shortlist of candidates before final interview with you, with a list of focused questions for each candidate.
The test results will identify trends and minimise the amount of lengthy and costly interviews required.
Will can also use testing to help identify the strength and weaknesses ofa team, and work with you to build the strengths of a team through further recruitment.
Position Descriptions:
We create a ‘Job Analysis Questionnaire’ to gain clarity on the objectives of your organisation and business. This aligns the position description to the goals of your organisation.
Devise questions for interviews to match the position description. These customised questions allow candidates to be rated in each of the competencies required.
More importantly, a clear position description avoids you having to respond to a comment like:
“I wouldnt have taken this role if I knew you wanted me to …….”.
Exit Interviews:
If you have ever had a previous employee attack the reputation you have worked so hard to buid; or if you cant seem to keep a receptionist for more than six months, then you need to do exit interviews, and it’s best someone external to you organisation conducts them. A simple exit interview may discover that you are looking for the wrong skillset or profile, or
that your organisation needs to monitor and manage behaviours internally. Use exit interviews to reduce staff turnover – and increase your brand reputation.
